As we all are aware of Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg, along with fellow Harvard College students and roommates, Andrew McCollum, Eduardo Saverin, Chris Hughes and Dustin Moskovitz has launched the Facebook. We don’t think that you need any introduction, we all have Facebook accounts. Well, according to Zuckerberg’s post, this social networking will hire 3000 people.

 After months of assassination, rapes, torture, and other violent acts rotating up in feeds of user-Mark Zuckerberg has made the announcement that the popular social networking sites, Facebook plans to hire a few thousand more people to support better monitor videos posted to the social network.

Zuckerberg shared his words as a post on Wednesday morning, “Over the next year, we’ll be adding 3,000 people to our community operations team around the world — on top of the 4,500 we have today — to review the millions of reports we get every week and improve the process for doing it quickly”. The CEO did the addition that Facebook will be making it facile for users to report “issues’, noting that the company gets ‘millions of reports’ weekly.

Zuckerberg did not mention any particular event that led to the decision of Facebook to expand its ‘community operations’ headcount by 75 percent. But it’s a secure bet that the current live streamed infanticide and the immensely publicized shooting of an elderly man in Cleveland on Easter Sunday figured into the thinking of company.

Professionals have said that the only path for Facebook to really tackle this issue would be to hire people en masse, as the software to automatically recognize and take down challenging and tricky content is nowhere new ready. As others have pointed out, however, a full-time job checking reported Facebook videos does not seem all that appealing. Recently, the bulk of this labor, for all social networks, is functioned by thousands and thousands of unseen workers in Southeast Asia, many of whom need psychological counseling and other support as a result of what they have seen.
